Truly some of the best soups we have ever had! Tasty, full of plant-based nutrition with flavours that are balanced to perfection - Kristy's soups are a staple in our household. On a midshopping trip through the Hamilton Farmers Market, I was offered a sample. Today was Non-dairy Cream of Broccoli and the other was Tomato Eggplant. After the sample of the Non-dairy Cream of Broccoli soup, I just knew I had to have some, after I purchased it I tried the tomato eggplant and it was also delicious. I highly recommend this place if you really love soup. Best I've had in quite a while. Great staff!Thank you, Will be back again!

One of my favourite market spots. The staff is always so lovely and the food is tasty and healthy. We had the cornbread and veggie soup, and the mushroom fusilli - all delicious!

This is truly heaven for any plant based person!From the moment I stepped into apothecary kitchen I was greeted with such happiness and professionalism it was such a wonderful experience. Growing up in Hamilton I used to go down to the market every weekend with my Nonna and meet all the wonderful vendors. The staff here are no exception! I appreciate the no waste policy. It’s a must try, the soup will not disappoint especially the roasted eggplant and tomato!!!! Veggieful green curry doesn’t even make it home..

I finally was able to make a trip over to the Locke Street Farmers Market and so glad I did!I purchased 4 soups and a cinnamon bun after having been offered samples.Oh my gosh! Everything is just perfect!So glad I discovered this gem!

Absolutely in love with Apothecary Kitchen! I can't get enough of the Definitely Dairy-Free Broccoli Cheddar, and the Spiced Rustic Creamy Vegetable soup. I really enjoy having the soup for lunches at my work, as I just need to put it in a smaller container and heat it up. Their vegan Mac Attack (mac & cheese), is amazing and the corn bread is delicious. Can't go wrong with anything you try.

Delicious and hearty soup. Tried the cinnamon bun with pear infused icing and it was fresh and soft and chewy, amazing texture and really nice flavour. It’s really quite beautiful and should be on display!

After a long morning of traveling and 8 more hours to go, I stopped at the farmers market to grab some fruit for the road. On my way out I was thrilled to stumble upon vegan restaurant allowing me to get something more substantial in me before to hitting the road. I was even happier when they had a cream of broccoli they was out of this world. I will definitely be stopping here next time I pass through Hamilton. Definitely check it out.
