First and foremost, the drinks are amazing. I finished a run and popped over and this hits the spot _perfectly_!The staff is also extremely happy to explain and discuss options in fine detail. The atmosphere is inviting and warm. Clean whites with a few bright colors and motivational posters on the walls.I hung out for a while and saw several customers come through, both regular and new, and the staff was equally delightful with every person.10/10, love it

This is my second visit and it was just as good as my first! The owners are wonderful. The drinks are delicious! If I lived closer, I would definitely frequent this place more often. However, it is definitely worth the drive! Please pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

My friend and I visited this place for the first time and we absolutely love the healthy drinks.They have varieties of cold teas and protein shakes. The protein shakes are excellent Meal Replacement and it really fill up your appetite. It has so based protein shakes with 24 vitamins, and minerals with only 240 calories, add a vitamin packed 1 litre if tea with 9g or sugar, aloe, vitamins, and minerals to keep you hydrated all day.We ordered: Shakes• Banana Walnut Protein Shake (this one is a must! It taste so good).• Almond Pistachio Protein ShakeCold Teas:• Winter is Coming (green)• Bahama Mama (orange)

Wonderful drinks and good service. The guys are patient to explain the contents of the drinking. I ordered the Hot Chata, which is seasonal special offer. It contains cinnamon but not so strong. I felt full after drinking it. Good to be meal replacement.

Cute place I originally saw on Instagram. A variety of smoothies and teas which are both healthy and visually appealing. I tried their Tranquility tea and Tiramisu smoothie.The smoothie was so filling and the tea refreshing. You don't have to sacrifice taste in order to go the healthy route! Visited the Vic Park location and ordered a Bahama Mama tea, tiramisu smoothie, and six mini protein doughnuts. We loved everything and am sure we will be back often. The smoothie tasted decadent, like you're drinking a creamy blended drink from a coffee shop, except afterwards you don't feel bloated and sugar rushed. Conversely, you feel like you've treated yourself but with something much healthier, which is a nice feeling. The owners are extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk with. They seem like the type of people one could easily be friends with :) A nice way to close out our week. Thanks.

The teas (Captain America featured in the picture) here are a great way to keep you going strong with natural sources and minimal calories, yet with some light tasty flavors.The shakes (I had both the Almond Pistachio ✔️ and the Strawberry Cheesecake) can be used for a meal replacement, especially now that summer is coming! The biggest benefit is the nutrition that the shakes supply, unlike most fast food options normally chosen for lunch.The owner really cares about her customers health and well-being, as well as customer service.
